IN BARCELONA STUDIO (recommended for small groups of 5-10 people)
This is an option when each member of your team gets an individual headshot mini-session (15-30 min) so we can try a few looks and see what looks best.
The studio is located in the very center of Barcelona, near Arc de Triomf.
Session Fee – €400 (no strict time and wardrobe limits)
+ Per Image/Person Fee (includes retouching) – €100
AT YOUR LOCATION (recommended for medium-sized groups of 20-50 people)
The most valuable asset for any business is time. Let me save you hours (or even days) by bringing my studio to you! This way, the entire company can update their headshots without disrupting operations.
Each shoot takes about 5 minutes per person. Once it’s done, I’ll handle the retouching, and within a few days, you will receive a pack of premium headshots ready for use online.
All that’s required for an on-location session is a space of 30-50 sq m with a power supply, and an assistant to help coordinate the shooting schedule.
Session Fee – €800* (It covers one shooting day at a location of your choice and doesn’t include travel expenses to and from location)
+ Per Image/Person Fee (includes retouching) – €100
HEADSHOT BOOTH AT YOUR LOCATION (recommended for large groups of 50+ people)
This is an ideal option for large events when the entire team, from different departments, cities, or even continents, gathers for a limited time, giving attendees the chance to update their headshots right on-site!
Each participant will receive several professional headshots, complete with color correction to ensure perfect quality for online use.
Session Fee – €2400* (This covers one full shooting day at a location of your choice and excludes travel expenses to and from the location)
Includes an UNLIMITED number of individuals and ALL non-retouched images, which participants can receive immediately.
*As shooting requirements on location can vary in complexity, please reach out for detailed information. We will assess the cost and determine the best-suited option for you.
To secure the date and time of the session, an upfront deposit of €400 is required. The remaining amount is due after the session and before the final images are released. Any additional costs or necessary expenses incurred during the shoot will be added to your final invoice.
