The Problem with Corporate Headshots
It looks like mission impossible: find the right photographer to get you professional and unified results that work for years – on the first attempt, so you don't have to find another one to redo the job or ask people to handle it themselves.
Most companies give up on that, and their "Meet the Team" page stays outdated for years, looking like a random photo album – not like a team at all.

✅ I make the whole process easy to handle. Just contact me and pick the date and time – I'll take care of the rest.
✅ I set up my studio at the location of your choice. It could be a conference hall in a hotel, a meeting room in the office, any lounge area – ideally 30 sq m or more, with a power outlet.
✅ I will be there all day and shoot as many people as needed. Nobody on your team has to sacrifice their schedule. We review and select the final images right away, on a laptop screen.
✅ Retouching is done within 7 days, and you'll receive the final images in high resolution and all other necessary formats and crops.
✅ All purchased images are also stored indefinitely in my backup archive, in case you ever lose them.
✅ Consistent look over the years. Got new team members? Send them my way! Their headshots will match the overall team look seamlessly.
The Best Headshot Light in the World
For my sessions I use a Westcott Flex Cine Kit, the lighting system Peter Hurley designed specifically for headshots.
Skin tone is tricky, and many photographers fail to get it right while keeping the whole team consistent. Headshot Crew Associates pay special attention to skin color: every person looks like themselves – and like part of the same team.
As a result, all the images look consistent and well-lit, with the right colors and the right framing.
I don't use AI to process images. All my work is retouched manually – invisible unless you compare the before and after side by side.
