Speaker Photos That Get You Booked

You've spent years perfecting your message, building authority, delivering talks that move rooms – but your speaker page still shows the same accidental photo from three conferences ago.

If you're lucky, you might get some photos from the event photographer (if there is one), but that's usually too much friction with an unpredictable outcome – especially if the light was far from ideal.

Eventually, that wait for the “right moment” costs you visibility and bigger gigs.

Get it done now.
In one session.

Professional Speaker Photo on Stage

Studio-Crafted Speaker Imagery

Speakers who are getting the keynotes, the podcast invitations, and the big-stage bookings all have one thing in common: they look like keynote speakers in every photo on their website, LinkedIn, and speaker one-sheet.

They didn't wait for the perfect event photographer to show up. They invested in the imagery deliberately.

In a controlled studio environment, we create the on-stage photos you need – without waiting for your next event. Using professional lighting, staged setups, and creative direction, we produce images that look like they were shot at a major keynote.

The session covers multiple scenarios: commanding the stage with a mic, presenting with a screen behind you, the casual backstage moment, the podcast-ready portrait, and the polished headshot that ties it all together.

You walk out with a complete visual toolkit – everything you need for your speaker page, LinkedIn banner, event submissions, podcast appearances, and media kit.

How It Works

Before the Session. After booking, you'll receive a Prep Guide tailored for speakers. We'll discuss over a Zoom call which scenarios matter most for your goals – keynote, podcast, editorial, headshot – and plan outfits and setups accordingly.

During the Session. I'll guide you through each setup. We'll move through different scenarios – on stage, at the mic, behind the scenes, seated interview – building variety and energy as we go. No acting required. Just follow my lead.

After the Session. We review the shots together, select the best ones, and I handle the retouching. You'll receive your final images within 3–5 days in high-resolution and web-friendly formats, ready for your website, LinkedIn, speaker one-sheet, and media kit.

"Can you really fake on-stage photos?"

It's not faking – it's creating. The same way a film set creates a world that looks real on camera, we use professional lighting, staging, and direction to produce images that are indistinguishable from photos taken at a real event. With the only difference that in the studio, every detail is under your control: the lighting, the angles, the background. And we can shoot as many takes as needed until the expression, the posture, and the energy are exactly right.

The result: your images that look better than 99% of actual event photos – because they were designed to. And it's all done in one session.

Not Just Photos – Video Too

Still images do a lot of work – but sometimes you need to show yourself in motion. A podcast-style interview clip. A sizzle reel for your speaker page. B-roll for a launch video or sales page.

We can mock up the interview scenario and shoot it on video in the same session – using the same controlled lighting and staging that makes the photos work. No extra venue, no event crew, no waiting for the next opportunity to present itself.

The result: polished video content you can use for your speaker reel, website header, podcast trailers, or social media – ready to post, ready to pitch.
